Pus/Aspirates/Semen/Sto ol in sterile screw capped container. (1 ML/1gm minimum; ship refirgerated); Endometrial Curretings/tissue: Sterile screw capped container in normal saline (ship Refrigerated); Swabs: in Amies Transport medium (ship Refrigerated); Sputum/URINE (5-10 ML sputum and 10 ML (5ML minimum) URINE in sterile screw capped container (ship Refrigerated); Skin: 2- 3 mm scraping from the peripheries of active lesion in sterile container. (ship at Ambient temperature); Hair: 10-12 Plucked from root in a sterile container. (ship at Ambient); Nail: clippings and powdery material from affected area of nail preferably in black paper (to have contrast).(ship at Ambient)
