(1 ML/1gm minimum; ship refirgerated); Endometrial Curretings/tissue: Sterile screw capped container in normal saline (ship Refrigerated); Swabs: in Amies Transport medium (ship Refrigerated); Sputum/URINE (5-10 ML sputum and 10 ML (5ML minimum) URINE in sterile screw capped container (ship Refrigerated); Skin: 2- 3 mm scraping from the peripheries of active lesion in sterile container. (ship at Ambient temperature); Hair: 10-12 Plucked from root in a sterile container.
